About this site

    About Arabic Calligraphy Generator

Arabic Calligraphy Generator is maintained by Arabic Artistry Studio as a practical design helper for people who want to preview Arabic-inspired typography before using it in names, tattoos, logos, wall art, invitations, and learning projects.

    What we provide

The site combines a browser-based generator with curated explanations of Arabic fonts, calligraphy styles, common use cases, and practical design checks. Visitors can type text, compare font families, adjust layout settings, and export transparent PNG drafts without creating an account.

    • Original guides for choosing Arabic fonts and calligraphy styles.
    • Use-case pages for names, tattoo drafts, logos, and printable wall art.
    • Examples that show how short Arabic words and phrases look across fonts.
    • Clear license notes for the fonts used by the generator.

    Editorial and safety standards

Our content is written to help users make better design decisions, not to replace a professional calligrapher, translator, or native speaker. We avoid claims that a generated design is a certified translation, religious ruling, legal mark, or culturally final artwork. For permanent tattoos, brand marks, religious phrases, or commercial production, we recommend getting the Arabic text reviewed by a qualified human before publishing or printing.

We also keep the tool boundary explicit: designs are created from text entered by the visitor, exports happen in the browser, and the site does not offer copyrighted artwork downloads, DRM bypassing, or third-party content extraction.

    Advertising and privacy transparency

The site may use Google AdSense and privacy-preserving analytics to keep the generator free. Our Privacy Policyexplains cookies, advertising identifiers, analytics, and user choices. We do not require signups to use the generator, and we do not ask visitors to submit sensitive personal information for basic design exports.

    More About This Project

    Why this site exists

The tools available for previewing Arabic typography tended to fall into two groups: professional design software that assumes you already know what you are doing, and low-quality generators that produce broken text with disconnected letters. Neither served the person who needs a clean Arabic setting for a specific project and cannot read the script well enough to tell whether the output is correct.

This site is built for that person. The generator renders text properly, the articles explain what you are looking at, and — unusually for this category — we are explicit about the limits. A tool that tells you what it cannot do is more useful than one that lets you assume it can do everything.

How we decide what to publish

Our guides are written to help you make a specific decision, not to rank for a search term. That means they include the cases where our own tool is the wrong answer: we say plainly when a project needs a calligrapher rather than a generator, when a script should not be used, and when the honest advice is to stop and consult someone who reads Arabic.

We do not present generated artwork as calligraphy, we do not claim our output is a translation or a verification of meaning, and we do not publish content designed to make the tool look more capable than it is. Where a topic touches on religious text or cultural convention, we describe the considerations rather than issuing rulings — those are not ours to make.

    How the site is funded

The generator is free, requires no account, and is funded entirely by advertising through Google AdSense. That is why you see ad units alongside the articles and tools. Ads are kept visually separate from our own content, and we do not accept payment to present advertising as editorial recommendation.

We are not affiliated with any font foundry, calligraphy school, or religious organisation, and we receive no compensation for recommending particular typefaces — every font offered here is free and openly licensed, so there would be nothing to compensate. What data advertising involves, and how to opt out of personalised ads, is set out in full in our privacy policy.

What we do with your data

The short version: almost nothing. Calligraphy generation happens entirely in your browser. The names, quotes, and phrases you type are never transmitted to us, never logged, and never stored — we could not show you what you created even if you asked. PNG exports are produced on your device.

What we do collect is aggregate: which pages get viewed, which features get used, and standard server logs. There are no accounts, no profiles, and no email collection. Advertising cookies are handled by our advertising partner and described in the privacy policy, along with the opt-out routes. If you have a question or a data request, the contact page reaches the people who actually work on the site.
