- Arabic verification: We can't verify Arabic spelling or translations. Please consult a native speaker for accuracy.
- Font requests: We use Google Fonts for licensing simplicity. We're happy to consider adding new Arabic fonts from Google Fonts.

What We Can and Cannot Help With
We want to set honest expectations, because the two most common requests we receive are ones we genuinely cannot fulfil responsibly.
We can help with anything about the tool itself: a font that fails to render, a download that produces a blank PNG, a layout that breaks on your device, a style preset that behaves oddly, or a question about which script suits a particular project. We can also explain what each font licence permits and point you to the original foundry terms.
We cannot translate or verify Arabic text. This tool renders the characters you give it; it does not check meaning, spelling, or grammar. Arabic is heavily context-dependent, and a phrase that looks correct in isolation can read very differently in practice. For anything permanent — a tattoo, an engraving, a printed logo, a wall installation — have a native speaker confirm the wording before you commit. Reporting a Problem
Copyright or licensing concerns: Every typeface offered here is distributed under an open licence, and we list each one on the Licenses page. If you are a rights holder and believe a font is presented incorrectly, email us with the typeface name and the licence you believe applies, and we will correct or remove it.
Privacy and data requests: We hold almost no personal data — the text you type never leaves your browser. For access or deletion requests, or questions about advertising cookies, see our privacy policy and email the same address; we respond within 30 days.
Advertising problems: If you see an ad that is broken, deceptive, or inappropriate next to our content, tell us what the ad showed and which page it appeared on. We report these to our advertising partner and can block individual advertisers.
Questions We Answer Most Often
"Can I use this commercially?" Yes. Every typeface here is under the SIL Open Font License, which permits commercial work, logos, registered trademarks, and products you sell — no fee, no attribution required. The restriction is on redistributing the font files themselves, not on what you create with them. Details are on the Licenses page.
"My text shows disconnected letters." Something in your pipeline dropped the Arabic shaping — usually design software, embroidery software, or a print workflow without complex-text support. The fix is to stop moving text and move an image instead: export a transparent PNG from here and hand that over.
"Can you add a font?" Possibly. We only add openly licensed Arabic typefaces, which keeps the licensing simple for everyone using the tool. Send us the name and we will look at whether it fills a gap the current six do not.
"Do you store what I type?" No. Generation runs entirely in your browser; your text is never sent to us. See our privacy policy for the full picture, including what our advertising partner does.

Arabic Calligraphy Generator is an independent project by Arabic Artistry Studio. It is free to use, requires no account, and is funded entirely by advertising, which is why you will see ad units alongside the articles and tools.
